This week marks an important milestone: the first of four newbuilding vessels was launched at Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in Weihai, China. The vessel is owned by Skarv, a joint venture between Peak CSL Group and Grieg Edge.
Scheduled for delivery in early January, the vessel will sail under the name Peak Skarv 1. With its modern design and efficiency, it will contribute to more sustainable cargo operations, offering significantly lower CO₂ emissions compared to similar vessels in today’s market.
